Uep! Taxi is a website created at 2020 that facilitates and is
committed you to offer a transfer service with an official taxi from Palma de Mallorca to and from the airport. We will provide
you with a vehicle for maximum 4 persons, including babies.
Amongst our commitments there is the punctuality, safety and
cleanliness of our vehicles, we want to give you the best service hoping that it will meet you requirements.
Please not that we dispose of children´s seats, boosters and maxicosis.
Our comfort and well-being is important
for us that is why our vehicles have climate control or air conditioning.
In order to improve the quality of our services,

Where will the UEP driver wait for me!?
When the meeting is at the airport, we will wait for you within the arrival hall, at the meeting point, near the information desk.
When the meeting is in a private home or hotel we will wait next to the entrance door.
How will I know who is my driver?
At the meeting point he will wait for you presenting a sign of Uep! Taxi and your name.
Will I pay more than stated in my reservation?
NO! We have already fixed the price, the supplements are already included. You will pay what you see in your reservation, if your flight is delayed the price will remain the same. Today, by means of all the Apps it is easy for us to control your flight at all times.
Do I have to pay a supplement for baby seats or similar?
This is a service that, whenever you book it, will be offered FOR FREE.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
In case of cancellation please contact us by phone, whatsapp or email. If your flight is delayed don´t worry we will control your flight at all times by means of several APPS that we have at our disposal.
When and how should I make the payment?
After each journey.
First, we want to offer you our service, hoping it will meet your requirements.
You can pay in cash or by card. American express is NOT accepted.
Will I receive any voucher of the reservation?
Of course, once you confirm the service with the first email received, you will receive a second email with the receipt and the total amount (per journey).
What kind of services can I book?
At the moment we only provide service from and to the airport PMI as well as to the destinations marked on our website.
How many passengers are allowed?
A maximum of 4 passengers per booking, including children and babies. We have several vehicles of similar dimensions, if you are more than 4 people you should make another reservation with UEP! TAXI.
How can I book the return?
You can book your return from the reservation section
If I have booked the return, should I inform you?
Yes! 48 hours before the departure you have to confirm the return via email, otherwise the service will be cancelled.
